This production line is a high efficient professional T beam production line, there are chafering machine, plate shelf, plate turning rack, plate centering device, web plate turning /centering device, transmission roller and subsidiary equippment etc. All these machines together actualize the automatic assembly of T beam, do not need to use crane again exsept transmission when plate cutting, T beam welding and straightening, After straightening, we use gantry weling machine with ten tips to weld T plate simultaneously, and then straightening, it greatly improve the productivity and reduces the laboring intensity.
